Recommend the redesign of Hershey's overall performance management system to appeal to the diverse organizations it engages. To upgrade Hershey's functionality management system, an exclusive appeal has to be made where system is picked apart trying to find areas that will offer instant improvement and opportunities. Hershey should emphasize the importance of working together, encouraging employees to share new suggestions amongst the tenured and more recent employees. A method this can be carried out is through employee personal strength which " means offering employees responsibility and expert to make decisions with regards to all aspects of product development or customer service” (Noe, 2011). Every employee wants to seem like they are component to a bigger picture in regards to the sum of accomplishment their firm strives to accomplish. Hershey may also embrace a number of the effects the workforce provides seen based upon globalization and an inflow of old adults looking for part-time jobs, a new job or even temporary work. To get continued success, this company must literally discover a place for everyone where Hershey's needs will be being achieved and their personnel, young, aged, tenured and new, are valued. Upgrading the overall performance management system is going to produce a finish result that increases staff morale, makes room for individual as well as team recognition for exceeding organizational expectations. The HR staff within Hershey will want to get one of these few things out before making any stable choices approach implement these changes.
